That’s right.. ferry wi-fi. I’m currently sitting on the back of the Stena Discovery, a high speed catamaran belonging too Stena Lines. It’s really not a bad way to travel to the UK.. especially with all the crap that has been going on at the airport lately. I’ll be damned if I’m going to sit all day in an Airport and not be able to listen to music or take a book on the plane. That’s just straight stupid.
Anyways, the ferry is pretty nice. It takes about the same time it would take to go up to the airport, catch a plane and then drive up to Ipswitch AND I have more room, a restaurant and I can get on line i I so desire (for a fee of course). And it costs a bit less then the plain, even after the wi-fi! So I think the next time I have to role out to the UK.. this is going to be the way I go.
Sweden was nice. I had a good time. It was cloudy and rained a lot but it was still fun. I enjoy spending time with Lisa and her family.. they are good people. Little Stina LOVED the Gameboy GS that we got her for her birthday and she was playing Nintendogs most of the weekend. I didn’t take a lot of pictures this time.. mainly because most of what I was seeing was what I had taken pictures of before.
I didn’t take a whole I got home yesterday around 7pm and I had to leave this morning around 5:45a.. I’m tired. Hopefully I’ll find a place to be able to get online at a regular interval in the UK.. the hotel is old and hasn’t even heard of high speed access.. figures. Pretty, but not completely useful.
