Is it Monday already?

SIGH As I type this it’s at 15 minutes to 2am. Bleh. The good news is that I’m typing this on my pimp gaming rig. Yeah baby, things are looking up. I got the CC box up and my workstations. I would also have my media box up, but the voltage selector for 110/220.. it wasn’t over all the way. The blue smoke left and it won’t work no more (actually.. that was funny because it took out the whole fuse in the fuse box. Have to buy more of those too). Damn. I need to get a new Power Supply and hope that that’s the only thing fried. If more is gone, well then I’m going to reconsider the need for that box. everything else is running on either 220 natively or through a transformer. Right now that’s just my gigabit switch and the KVM. Actually, that should be both KVM’s since the DVI one doesn’t operate well at 220. Maybe I’ll put it back. And the speaker systems I’m sure will have to operate at 100. I could buy new speakers/switches/kvms and have them all run at 220, but why? If i can control the load then i can just run a small transformer and be ok. We’ll see.

Another odd thing.. there seems to be a line voltage on the cable from the wall. There is a potential when I touch it and some other metal. Probably not a good thing.

The CISSP test I took Saturday sucked. It’s done and I hope I pass, but if I don’t, I won’t b surprised. It sucked that bad. At least I got a chance to look around Rotterdam. Pretty pimp place really.

So yeah.. test, unpacking, trying to find room for things, shopping at ikea for some goods and then the trip to Schinnin today.. I’m beat. And I have to get up for work in the morning too.. bleh.
