Just in town for an overnight trip to install a new server Found a better hotel in Newmarket, well better in the fact that the room has a level floor, is in a new building and has internet access (wireless even), The downside? The internet sucks (hard to get wi-fi reception) and it’s a bit out in the middle o no where.. but thanks to the TomTom, it’s all good. It gave me a chance to visit Little America and pick up some medicinal drugs and some other english type products (magazines, books, region 1 DVDs, CD’s, etc.._
In other news, last week we played our first clan match and we lost. It wasn’t that bad really, we did learn a lot. We actually won 3 of the rounds, but there was one that we really got worked on.. and that just didn’t help in the end result. I’m rolling around as a General now.. but way to far back to advance any more in the rank structure. Now I’m just working on some of the badges that I want to get and then I’ll probably start moving to a new game and just play this when it comes time to have a clan match or just get some snipping on.
So, other then that... a pretty quiet week. The weather has been really nice and on the weekends it’s pretty cool when all the Dutch hand out in their gardens just enjoying each others company and relaxing.. lots of noise of kids running around and all that. Very peaceful and pleasant.
I’ve also started working on the image Gallery software so I can start posting pictures from my previous events and trips... more information to follow. tag

Newmarket! Awesome! Can’t remember which Motorway (A14 I think) it was off of, but my Dad used to run the Happy Eaters in Newmarket. A quick lookup though reveals Happy Eater was bought out by Little Chef, so they are Little Chefs now, which if I remember right was rather crap food. heh

Ha ha.. I liked the New Market area.. it had a lot of hours stables.. nice little hedges everywhere... cute area. I ended up eating on post.. just to get some Taco Bell and BK. Some of the food in the area isn’t bad (I liked the grub in Bury St Edmonds) but I didn’t eat any of the local food this trip. I did have some good stuff at the ‘Ol Bull Inn over in Barton Mills.. that was good.
Next time you happen to stop by the UK, drop my a like.. I’ll come on over and hang out with you if you want.
